TTF Art Space Grand Opening

Join us for the Grand Opening of the Through the Flower Art Space and the launch of the Belen Arts and Cultural District on July 20th - 21st, 2019! Through the Flower Art Space will be giving timed tours all weekend starting at 4:00 pm on Saturday and will run until 8:00 pm. Tickets are $5. We will also have a special film screening of "Feminists, What Were They Thinking?" a film featuring Judy Chicago, at the Belen Public Library.…

Judy Chicago will be in conversation with writer, Jori Finkel for the Through the Flower Art Space's inaugural "Flower Friday" event. Chicago will discuss her contribution to Finkel's new book, It Speaks to Me, (Prestel) a publication in which Finkel interviews artists about works of art that have inspired them. Copies of the book will be available for sale in the Through the Flower Art Space gift shop. Reservations are required and tickets are $5.00.
